IRA LLC Formation Agreement - $997 complete IRA LLC formation service for LLCs that have at least one member that is an IRA, a 401(k) or a retirement plan.  For detailed information on how to use self-directed IRA funds to invest in non-traditional assets through an LLC, see IRA LLC Law.  See also "What We Do for $997," which lists the 23 tasks we perform for our fee.

After completing the form, deliver it to us by one of the following methods or see item 3 below if you would rather call in your information rather than completing the online form.

  1. Easy Online Method:  Complete the form online by typing the data on the form then email it to Richard Keyt by clicking on the button at the end of the agreement that says: Click to Submit to KEYTLaw Via Email.  You can also save the form on you computer then attach it to an email and email it to Richard Keyt at rickkeyt@keytlaw.com.

  2. Phone Call Method:  Instead of completing the LLC Formation Agreement online, you can call Richard Keyt's legal assistant Katie Leavitt at 602-906-4953, ext. 7 and give Katie your LLC and credit card information over the phone.

  3. Harder Old Fashioned Method:  Print the completed form and fax it to Richard Keyt at 602-297-6890 (no coversheet needed).

How Many Members is a Married Couple?

A married couple is considered:

bullet

One member if they will own their interests in the LLC jointly as community property.  Put names of both spouses on the same member page and check the community property box under the name of the second spouse.

bullet

One member if only one spouse will own an interest in the LLC and the other spouse will not own any of the LLC.    Put the names of both spouses on the same member page with the owner spouse on the first line and the non-owner spouse on the second line.  Check the separate property box under the name of the second spouse.

bullet

Two members if both spouses will own their interests in the LLC as separate property.  Use two member information pages.  On the first member information page put the name of first owner spouse on the first line and the other non-owner spouse on the second line.  On the second member information page, reverse the names on lines one and two.  Check the separate property box under the name of the second spouse on both pages.

If Your LLC Will Have More than 6 Members

If your LLC has more than six members, open a new LLC formation agreement without any data in it and do the following:

Insert the name of the company in item one on the second to last page.

bullet

Complete a the member information for each additional member

bullet

Deliver the additional member information to Richard Keyt as explained on the last page.
