Estate planning is a subject that is complex. It can be overwhelming, which is why Arizona estate planning lawyer Richard Keyt gives free 1.5 hour educational classes each month. Rick's introduction to estate planning mini-course (EP 101) is called "Family Protection & Peace of Mind." Rick explains in English (not legalese) why everybody who has loved ones (regardless of the value of their estate) needs a good estate plan, especially people who have minor children or substantial assets. Learn about estate planning disasters of the rich and famous (including Anna Nicole Smith).
Rick gives his free estate planning class the first Tuesday night of every month from 7 - 8:30 pm at his office at 3001 East Camelback, Suite 130, Phoenix, Arizona 85016. Classes are limited to 12 people so there is ample time for everybody to ask questions.

EP 101 classes are held at Richard Keyt's office at 3001 East Camelback, Suite 130, Phoenix, Arizona 85016. It's an easy access one story office building on the southeast corner of 30th Street and Camelback in central Phoenix.
We are in the same building as Desert Hills Bank, east of the bank on the farthest east part of the building. Look for the large Desert Hills Bank sign with the temperature in red letters in front of our office building on Camelback Road.

| IRA Inheritance Trusttm: What is it and how it can save your loved ones hundreds of thousands or even millions of dollars. This new type of trust was first authorized by the IRS in 2005. It's sole purpose is to receive distributions from IRA, 401(k) and other retirement accounts.
